inconsistent housekeeping poor lighting
The housekeeping service was inconsistent. I had to request towels multiple times, a real bother (not what I expect from a supposedly fancy place). the lighting design in the room was odd. There was basically one switch, all lights on, or all lights off. Not very convenient for reading or relaxing.

Wonderful respite
convenient location generous room size friendly staff
The hotel's location proved very convenient. It was close to the central station. I appreciated the room's generous size. It gave a sense of spaciousness. The staff was always friendly and available, ready to assist with any request.
The room's carpet showed several stains. I noticed some marks on both the chairs and curtains. A deep cleaning would improve the overall appearance.

I found the food selection at the bar very pleasing. The menu included both local and international options.. The presentation of each dish was quite nice. The service matched the quality of the food.

Excellent Stay Near Central Station
superb location spacious room polite staff easy luggage service
This hotel had a superb location. It was really near the central train station. My room was spacious and immaculate. The staff were helpful and polite, I was always happy. Leaving my luggage after checkout was simple too.
The floor writing in the elevator was a little tricky to read, but really not a big deal.

The room included comfortable beds. There was a modern bathroom also, it featured good quality towels and soaps. I found slippers too, it added a nice touch.

The hotel had good breakfast options. There were many choices available each morning. This really worked great, it was nice.

I took the opportunity to use the gym, it was well equipped. The hotel also had a sauna and steam area, it was textile free. I found this very nice.
